Titan Tire Corporation is pleased to announce the release of the Titan Soft-Turf tire for skid steers and compact utility vehicles. Designed with Titan’s proven Soft Trac tread and long-wearing compounds, the Titan Soft-Turf is a versatile tire that is equally suited to running on sensitive turf as it is on pavement. Its large, shallow tread elements promote maximum traction, while its flat profile and rounded shoulders help to reduce ground-bearing pressure, and minimize turf disturbance and rutting.
“We designed this tire for users whose primary work function takes place on sensitive turf, but who also need the versatility to perform other functions,” said Scott Sloan, product engineering manager at Titan Tire Corporation. “The Titan Soft-Turf would be a great tire for golf courses or landscapers that need to run their skid steers out on the grass without causing any damage, but also need the versatility and traction to plow snow on the pavement in the winter.”
The Titan Soft-Turf tire is currently available in 12/16.5 and 14/17.5 sizes with a standard skid-steer ply rating and load capacity.
