W.S. Tyler Names MPS Aggregate Systems New Full-Service Dealer

St. Catharines, Ontario-based W.S. Tyler has named MPS Aggregate Systems as its new full-service aggregate equipment dealer in Texas. MPS, a Conley Lott Nichols of Texas, Inc. company, has more than 30 years experience providing customized equipment and process solutions for aggregate, specialty sand, cement and crushed stone producers. The new W.S. Tyler dealer has a uniquely structured sales team of five former producers that understand their customers’ mindset, processes and production needs. MPS will offer W.S. Tyler’s customized screens, particle analysis technology and washing equipment.

“MPS has built a strong customer base around the ability to sell application-specific systems and equipment solutions, which is a perfect fit for our aggregate product line,” said Florian Festge, W.S. Tyler President. “We adapt our products to our customers’ needs, rather than selling out of a catalog. This involves working with the customer and our dealers on a personal level to gather project-specific data required to determine and quote the proper solution the first time.”

MPS will offer W.S. Tyler’s diverse line of aggregate equipment. The F-Class and T-Class Vibrating Screens are built on customizable platforms that combine a machine width and drive type, such as eccentric or concentric shaft assemblies, with bearing sizes ranging from 120 mm to 160 mm. The XL-Class Vibrating Screen provides similar customization options in a massive screen surface to support extreme production rates.

The Computerized Particle Analysis (CPA) System analyzes exact particle size, shape and quantity up to 10 times faster than traditional sieve analysis. And the Haver Hydro-Clean cleans heavily contaminated material using up to 75 percent less water and 15 percent less energy than traditional washing systems.

In addition to an extensive equipment training school conducted at MPS, W.S. Tyler will travel as needed with the dealer to customer locations and determine long-term, application-specific solutions. As a full-service dealer, MPS also provides the following comprehensive service capabilities: $1 million+ in parts inventory, eight on-site service technicians and web-based service interactivity.

“Our partnership with W.S. Tyler has already been well received by our customers who expressed the need to fill the void in high-quality screening equipment,” stated Donna Bossert, MPS General Manager. “Both MPS and W.S. Tyler share a production-oriented approach to the market and understand that the production process is a science. We don’t offer commodity equipment. To provide solutions to our customers, we need partners that understand our customers’ product and are willing to work with them on a personal level. This partnership helps us further provide these types of solutions throughout the entire production process.”
