Iowa Mold Tooling Co. Inc. (IMT), an Oshkosh Corporation company `has announced the promotion of Jim Hasty to the position of vice president – general manager of IMT. Hasty has served as the company’s vice president of sales for the past two years, and brings more than 20 years of industry experience in management and team leadership to the position.
“Jim has been a tremendous asset to the IMT team, and we are confident that his experience and management skills will lead IMT to continued growth,” said Frank Nerenhausen, Oshkosh Corporation executive vice president and president of the Commercial Group. “As vice president of sales, Jim has strengthened the company’s commitment to the market, and particularly to our distributors and customers. We are confident that Jim will bring that same level of commitment to his new role as vice president – general manager, which will serve to strengthen IMT as the leading brand in the industry.”
Hasty will be responsible for leading all IMT operations and driving business strategy for the company’s complete line of material-handling equipment and commercial vehicles. In addition, he will continue in the interim to directly lead sales operations for IMT.
Prior to joining IMT, Hasty was the vice president of corporate marketing and strategic business development for Wabash National Corporation, where he held a variety of leadership positions including director of sales and vice president of marketing and sales operations. He has also held management positions at The Stanley Works organization, where he led sales operations for North and South America, as well as Australia.

Hasty received his MBA from the University of Phoenix, and he also earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
