NAI Hanson Markets Luxury Office Condominium Portfolio

NAI James E. Hanson announces that the firm was named to exclusively market a trio of luxury buildings in Raritan, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson senior vice president Thomas W. Ryan and vice president Sig Schorr were contracted to market the site by owner Neil Gold of Cedar Grove Shopping Center, LLC.

The top-of-the-line portfolio, located at 111 Route 31 South, consists of three buildings with build-to-suit office condominium units ranging from 1,500-to 16,000 sq. ft. The third building has not yet been constructed. The new construction sits on a beautifully landscaped 6.7-acre lot and features private entrances and bathrooms and separate utilities. The buildings have ample parking, elevator service and are handicap accessible.

“This is a perfect opportunity for a savvy developer to swoop in and take charge of the completion of this superb project,” said Schorr. “Because the site is close to both Hunterdon Medical Center and Flemington Court House, it should attract interest from legal and medical practitioners.”

The yet-to-be-constructed building is approved for 16,800 sq. ft. of office and six COAH residential apartment units on the third floor attic level. The current plans call for one, one-bedroom apartment, three, two-bedroom apartments and two, three-bedroom apartments.
