New Cut Protection Glove For Construction Industry
Ansell has added the Cut Protection Glove to its line of products specifically designed for use in professional construction applications. The glove will also be the first Ansell Construction product to be made available directly to consumers through retailers such as Northern Tool and Tool Barn.
The glove, constructed with world-class Intercept Technology Stretch Armor Yarn developed jointly by Ansell and DuPont, combines the comfort of Ansell fiber technology with the maximum strength and durability of KEVLAR and steel. In addition, the Ansell Cut Protection Glove is designed to ensure high comfort and dexterity – user frustrations that have traditionally discouraged the use of hand protection – to promote all-day, all-application wear.
The new Cut Protection Glove joins Ansell’s other construction gloves, all of which are specially designed to offer the ideal fit, dexterity and performance required for various applications within the professional construction industry. The range includes twelve hand protection products engineered for tasks ranging from general construction and carpentry to masonry and cement finishing, HVAC work, glass and drywall installation, sheet metal erection, roofing, steam fitting, plumbing and painting. Glove performance advantages include wet grip, cut, puncture and abrasion protection, and chemical resistance—depending upon the style.
